I have spent hours on-line with the dvr techies at Q-See (dvr tech), and a not very helpful verizon tech. tried to replace the Payloadrestrictions.dll with one from another working computer but cannot replace it no matter what credentials I'm using and taking ownersip, not allowed. But when I try to connect using Verizon wirelss card (only internet available to me my home) I connect to the dvr, but when I put in the password I get a c:programfilesinternetexploreriexplore.exe.
